Any further news on this? Tried calling customer service twice but hung up after 15 minutes. Can't download Game of Throne episodes since yesterday. Keeps showing downloading to 101% and then technical failure. Most annoying.

Cancelled the engineer visit as it's not our equipment...their fault all along!

We started with this problem yesterday and found (as usual) that tech support weren't aware of the problem. I was told eventually that it was an outage and would be fixed. Tried again this afternoon but was still having the same problem, I've done a software update just now and it's now working again.

Sky HD box suddenly not downloading further than  episode 2 Series8 of Game of Thrones on demand , keeps saying itsdownloading but never completes  just goes on and on then fails , tried further along episodes but same happening , annoying when never had a problem before with this and wanting to watch episode 3 ! . 
seems others had same problem  so not just ourbox .

Previously I couldn't download boxset of either Seal team (beyond S2E6) or Band of Brothers. Both working now - for me at least, I hope those still having issue get it resolved soon. At least Sky are working on it.
