 my previously failed downloads are now working as is the case for a lot of others.

Might be worth  deleting then permanently deleting (recordings  >>>manage >>>deleted >>delete forever) any failed recordings then check the downloading section and remove everything there, then try again.

Tried that but tried downloading The Great Game sky Atlantic first two episodes available now before showing tonight still failed maybe it'll take time to get to all of us!

@Dirkjc  these two episodes failed for me as well so it could be an individual issue with this programme.

Perhaps try later and if still not working drop an email to Sky viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk

Maybe try a reboot of your box and try again later.

I can't seem to download STV programmes (I'm in Scotland) since ITV changed to ITV1 - I can download previous episodes of I'm a Celeb, but I can't download the most recent 3 since the rebrand took place - any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Just tried it on a few things and seems to be working now.

This has happened to me.  What I have done is to stop trying to upload the episode 6 of Manifest.

I went back and uploaded Series 1, episode 1.  

I scrolled forward until it gave the option to download the next episode. 

I repeated this until I got to episode 6. 

Success. 

I imagine I will have to do this whenever I have a break in my viewing.

Thought everything was back working but downloads of White Lotus Series 1 and Good Doctor Series 5 have now frozen- so frustrating!

Well things started working this afternoon again. Watched a few episodes of the manifest. I do have a job just a day off lols. 

anyway it's just stopped working again now. 

Failed technical fault 😡

RESOLUTION

Hi all, we had this issue too. I clicked the home button, the went to settings, system info, software version, set up. Once here I clicked to update latest software, which took a few minutes, and the problem was resolved after this.
