@gillyredrobin  You also need to clicjk on the Blue Call Us button to reveal the number (yes it's a button)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

A number appears when I hit the blue box

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@gillyredrobin try closing down all Sky.com websites and clearing your browser cache (cookies, history etc) before trying the help page again. Automatic forum filtering removes phone numbers.

@gillyredrobin  If you said you're in the republic of ireland we would have posted the correct link, try this one https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv-roi#contact-leave

You'll need to check tomorrow from 9am for the facebook messaging system.

  • For me it reveals an 0333 number, it needs to be checked in the ROI?
  • By the way, I read there would be ROI agents to deal with this type of call?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

@TechmanagerMal  Community agents can't process any cancellations so an escalation is not an option in this case

Re: Cancelling Sky TV

thanks so much for your help everyone .. I never did get the number from the sky website but I have now cancelled my TV!  As I don't have a direct debit set up with them and thought I'd cancelled my subscription previously I didn't pay this month's amount due and they got on to me looking for the month's subscription so I finally got to talk to a person.  Apparently when I rang previously the automated service would put me in the queue to speak to a person but the offices were closed so they just cut me off without explaining (reduced opening times here in ROI).  I'm wondering if my Chromebook browser is the problem .. maybe it's too old (approx 7 years old)?  But thanks again everyone for your help 🙂
