Engineer no show - Complaint

Hi,

Already a broadband member and recently signed up for TV services. 2 phone calls and 2 SMS to confirm the install date and time and to confirm I would personally be there.

I arranged annual leave to ensure I would be available as the time provided was between 8-5pm.

Phoned Sky at 5pm to seek an update on where the Engineer is and was advised the Third Party company they use had a "system error" and displayed that the job for my property was appearing as completed in error.

I would like to make a complaint and as per their complaint process online you can do this by email , phone or in writing. Given I have already spent 20 mins on a phone today I would rather email the dissatisfaction.

No email address is provided on the site which is just pushing me to the point of cancelling the entire order , is there an email to contact the service function in this company?

thanks

Re: Engineer no show - Complaint

Thanks you, still don't provide and email to complain despite stating this is an option as per below on their site:

"You can also contact us by email or in writing, or make a complaint about a specific product by going to any of these pages"

@JK0037  The link to complain have been provided, you can't use a public forum for it and as fellow customers we can't provide anything more than has already been given.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
