Bill payments and service disruption

Is there any way Sky can help me with this months bill? I have lost my job and I only have £20 to pay off the bill. It's £35 in total. I am waiting on Universal Credit payment on the 1st of OCT. Is there anyway I can pay £20 now and not have the services cut off and pay the rest on 1st OCT?

If you can pay the £20 then you should be OK as I understand but if you want clarification then try getting in contact with the Accessibility team at Sky who can help if you are struggling to pay Sky bills:

@cappaj  If your services have not been restricted I would contact the accessibility team before this happens https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

@cappaj It would be best if you call Sky before your bill is due. If the DD failsSky will try 10 days later and if that fails restriction follows.
