I have this issue too on both my sky mobiles, just the engaged robe when people trying to ring me.

Same here 🙄 what makes it worse though is that I have had a broadband fault for the past 8 weeks that sky haven't been able to fix yet 😞 maybe this is a sign I should move on.

I still am not recieveing incoming calls whatsoever, this is beyond a joke considering this happened only a matter of weeks ago what is going on and when will this likely be fixed does anyone have an idea

When will this known problem be resolved as it is my only phone!? I have apparently missed important calls and I need to rely on my phone which seems is not possible recently with Sky!!

What I don't understand is, if it is a mobile issue, why can I not receive calls through my broadband? I am connected to my (BT) broadband and still I can't receive calls. The service update says there is a recent issue with a local mast, but that doesn't affect the internet.

Mobile phone not working. I’m sky customer and it’s saying vodaphone when I’ve tried to ring myself.

Tried ringing myself as was told people couldn't reach me on mobile phone.  Tried ringing helpline but long delay and also told you couldn't recognise my mobile phone number...what is wrong?
