Me too, similar issue. Some sky to sky calls not working, engaged from BT phone or 3 beeps.

Hi @Daiben and @Mick+Kelley there is currently an issue with sky mobile and some customers not be able to make calls, sky are aware of it and working to fix it.

@Mick+Kelley @Daiben There is an issue with outgoing calls that Sky are investigating.

Hello,

We're aware of a Sky Mobile issue which is being worked on asap to get fixed. Some customers are unable to make outgoing calls, calls are not connecting, dropping, or receiving an engaged tone, or may also be unable to receive calls and send/receive SMS.

The Sky servive checker is inaccurate at the moment and the issue has not yet been fixed.

This is getting ridiculous. We have had too many days where we have been unable to recieve calls. This is not acceptable.

I am still having issues with receiving calls even though Sky updated to say issues have been fixed. Is anyone else having problems still?

Since this morning my iPhone SE has not been able to receive calls, I've tried caling my number from another phone and I just got either a strange dialling tone (long beep followed by a short beep) or get a "I'm sorry, this number has not been recognised" message. The phone can howeever still make calls.

Making calls, receiving and sending texts, WhatsApp etc fine, but nobody can get through to me when calling. Just a couple of beeps then nothing. Tried all the tips to sort sky mention 🤷🏻‍♂️
