I can't receive calls on my sky mobile but I can make calls to other phones

Please help! Been on Sky Mobile now for over three years and never had this problem before.
Since last night, whenever anybody tries to call my phone they can't get through.
it either rings engaged or says "This number is unable to take your call.
I've tried turning it off and on again, resetting network connections, toggling airplane mode and all those usual solutions but it just won't work.
I'm on an iPhone 7 Plus.
Thanks for any help. It's driving me mad!

This is still an issue in central Scotland also. My mum can't receive or make calls to other networks. It's so annoying, it's constant problems

This has gone on for hours now. Really not good enough. Can we have an update on when we can expect to be able to receive incoming calls.

@GD1 Not much use to me as I never use all my data. Money off is the only acceptable compensation. Anything else would be a fudge and doesn't recognise the inconvenience caused.
