It's not good enough. Appalling really and raising complaint. 

The hospital couldn't get through to me yesterday despite good reception....

 

 today I can't verify two factor authentication for banks and failed...as the calls go straight to voicemail...

 

I don't have airplane mode on, I don't have do not disturb on,  and the phone is not on silence

 

Sky says issue has been fixed...clearly not. Complaint raised. Loyal Sky customer >15 years, maybe time to leave

It's now fixed for my mum here in central Scotland. Shocking though that this keeps happening. When her contracts up in August we won't be renewing
