Unlikely, given that you can still watch Sky live and still record programmes pretty much as normal.

@Ke wrote:@Sam-R ... Perhaps improving Customer Service would be a much better way of keeping your customers happy. We ALL pay a massive amount to Sky each month and you tell us that a simple thing like updating the time on your systems, as you do every year, cannot be done by thursday ~ No doubt Sky will be giving everyone involved a £ 10 deduction from their next bill for the dreadful inconvienence .
Looking forward to your agreement.
What, '...dreadful inconvenience' do you speak of? Also, whose 'agreement' are you looking forward to?

Why haven't my tv timings changed?
This past weekend we all put the clocks back by one hour . My mobile, my landline and my radio-controlled clock all altered automatically. But my sky tv is still set an hour out.
I have switched off/on again.
Luckily I programmed a reminder or I would have missed the beginning of the cricket match.
Anyone else got the problem?

Re: Sky Box Time Not Changed
If you have a sky+ box there is the Sky + forum with over 700 posts, it's not an account or billing issue.

You've posted this in the Sky Glass forum, there have been no reported issues with Glass equipment showing the wrong time.
Do you have Sky+ if so have a look at the Sky+ forum where there are over 700 posts about this.

Re: Why haven't my tv timings changed?
@CoolBiddy you have posted in the Sky Glass forum (Skys brand new TV system) the issue with the time not changing was on Sky+HD boxes if your issue is with an old Sky box the there are huge discussions in that devices forum but to summarise its a known fault which will require a fix in the firmware which will take a few days. In the meantime the box will record normally it is just the time on the screen that's wrong.
If it is an issue with a new Sky Glass tv please post again.

Strange. I didn't think Reminders were available on Sky Glass. How did you set a reminder?
