Fuzzy screen on all channels. Have signal and have perfect sound.... just fuzzy screen. Not fuzzy using Netflix or YouTube so don't think it's the tv

How is the box connected to the TV? HDMI , Scart or RF? Have you tried a reboot by turning the box off at the wall then back on?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky+ is a digital signal thus cannot be blurry like in the old days with Analogue unless you're using RF to a second TV, Try a different HDMI cable and/or the TVs settings
