If you know better than Sky, perhaps you should offer your services to them...

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

I don't think they care.  Nobody in Sky had noticed that it was wrong and to come back and say that it will be sorted by Thursday (it is now only Sunday) is a joke - at our expense.  I'm not laughing though.

No your programs are not an hour out @Brighton20202020 , so if a program was due to record at 9pm then it will even if the box says it is 10pm. Sky have said it will be fixed by Thursday at the latest.

Re: BST TIME CHANGE PLEASE READ!!!

It's no big deal, you can still watch your programmes and record them.

It's only the clock that is wrong.

A programme that is due to start at 9pm will start at 9 pm , the difference is the planner will say it's due to start at 10pm.

You need to keep switching it off/on at least for 30 minutes, a minimum of 13 reboots. If you read any of the previos posts, this will confirm that's how this error is fixed...

Really sorry @Wagg+Street - not you, it's us. We will have it fixed by Thursday.

@Brighton20202020  Programs will start at the advertised time even though the clock is wrong

so a program scheduled to start at 10 will still start at 10

sky are aware and a fix is in the pipeline

It has been wrong all day. Tried everything I can think of to correct it without success. Must need rocket science to fix it if we have to wait till Thursday. Can I have a refund? No problems like this with Virgin.
