Compensation refund

I've had an email saying thatci will get a compensation refund of 54.90 cos there was a delay in setting my sky Internet up an I've still not received it xxx

It's usually credited to your account to offset future bills rather than refunded.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

And applied within 30 days of the fault being fixed

If delayed provioning is the same timescales as fault fixing it is applied 30 days after activation and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account. There is no equivalent scheme in place for customers in the Republic of Ireland.
