hello there my sky account has been restricted for a while now and im just woundering if i can pay my past due debt of nearly £160 from cancelling the sky q subscription a few years back. do i have to pay sky them selves or will i have to pay the debt collection (C.A.R.S) agency sky has contacted to get the money so that my account can get the restrictions removed

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@nichcolasmcc You need to deal with the debt agency, your account will have been closed by sky so can't be restarted, but you could try signing up as a new customer

id like to keep the same account as i have 1200gig of data on my phone contract that i can trade in and get £300 of an upgraded contract i guess ill try pay it off witht the debt collection agency then thanks for the info
