Hello,
im looking for a straight answer that I can't seem to get from Sky directly. They want to keep my TV contract going and just add the additional £20pm to my contract and they think that's what I'm after....
My current TV Contract ends on 28/02/2023 (showing on the my sky app).
I want the TV contract to end as I hardley use it. so I become a Broadband and Phone only user.
I upgrade my Broadband from fast (50mb) to a ultra fast plus (500mb) via my Sky app will this enter my entire contract (TV included) in to a new 18 month contract?
or is the only option to cancel everything, get out of the contract and then start fresh elsewhere?

i think what's happened is you are trying to give the 31 days notice to cancel too early and they are trying to change early termination fees
only give notice 31 days from contract ending not before

Thank you,
That bit makes sense, but if I now upgrade my broadband via the My Sky app, will the entire thing renew?
I looked in the "legal bit" and it looks like the TV package will renew too?
