my account btsports with them has been transfered to sky glass but has anyone informed them

We are customers here so it will be up to you to let BT know you are no longer a customer. Unlike when moving Broadband provider if you move from BT to Sky for BT Sports then you do have to give BT notice to cancel with them which I presume you didnt do ?
