Same here, its Thursday 4th sep and codes are valid on the vue checker but won't accept on checkout  clearly vue havnt sorted the issue out days later.

As others have mentioned we've had confirmation VUE are experiencing system issues with their online bookings at the moment. You can still use your voucher by grabbing your code from the app and redeeming it in person 🙂

Walking up and showing the code is a workaround; it's not much good if the cinema is busy and you need to book in advance.
 I just paid the £22 to watch a film as I needed to book. Sky csr have given me the £22 back as a credit on my bill after I called them

Think known issue I rang customer service & message saying known issue they're working on!! Can redeem in store but not ideal

I can confirm ive just gone on and successfully booked a film using codes.
