Refund ? Where actually is it ?

So my Sky broadband has been disconnected on the 11th of August and I am now with EE broadband. However there has been no communication whatsoever about my refund ? I paid the last bill on the 1st of August and I've been trying to contact them since but it seems impossible to do so. Can anyone help , what should I do ?

@Dominika+Szymczak does your Sky account show you're in credit? Automatic refunds usually take around 6 weeks providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit.

 

Or if you contact Sky they'll process a manual refund to reach your bank within 5,days.

I've not cancelled anything, my account is only showing old bills at this point. Surely I am in credit as my broadband was disconnected 10 days after paying my bill

Have you looked at what will have been your next Sky bill, does that show a credit ?
