Unable to link Sky ID to view bills

Hi,
I'm a broadband customer and whenever I click on anything on the MySky page I get errors such as "this page is restricted", or "unfortunately we can't process your request online right now"... I'm just trying to view my bills and products.
For the latter, it gives me the option to "manage my account" and then "link your account", which I have tried through the broadband + talk tab. The page does not process after I enter the relevant information of postcode and another piece of info.
Oddly enough I was clicking other links to see what the issue might be and got an error "you need to be the primary account holder to book a home move" when clicking move home (which I do not need to do - just testing things).
The account is just me and my fiancee and as far as I'm aware this is the only enquiry we have.
Any ideas/assistance would be greatly appreciated.
