If you select extra charges it should show you more information.

 

The debit appears to be because £39.95 wasn't paid on a previous bill so it was carried over to this one.

It looks like the "Extr Charges" go back to a previous bill which wasn't paid in full so is this the case, was your last bill paid up to date ?

My only outstanding balance was the 39 95, this is seriously hard to understand as its not making sence to me

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
