The debit appears to be because £39.95 wasn't paid on a previous bill so it was carried over to this one.

My only outstanding balance was the 39 95, this is seriously hard to understand as its not making sence to me

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
