I cancelled Sky TV, Broadband and Telephone on August 14th this year. I returned my Sky TV Q box in the packaging they sent me and I have the certificate of posting. I also returned the Broadband Router plus the TV Remote and associated cables in a separate package, which I have the certificate of posting. I received emails from Sky thanking me for posting these items back to them and they stated that their courier would deliver them in due course. I am now getting harassed by Sky as they are stating that they have not received my Sky TV Q box. I get repeated " No Reply " emails telling me that they will charge me £72.00 unless I return the Q Box. Has anybody got contact details for the Sky Returns Office. An email address, a telephone number or even their postal address. I do not want to be charged for something that is not my fault.

Find out moreAs you have the certificate of posting to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

Posted by a Sky employeeHi there! Thank you for escalating this. We have sent an invite to @John+P.

I thought that this matter had been dealt with. I find it almost unbelievable that Sky cannot sort this problem out in a matter of minutes. It seems that any problem with Sky Returns are just passed from one department to another and that they hope I will get fed up and just drop the matter and go away. I have returned all the Sky equipment to them and I have certificates of posting for both packages. If Sky has mislaid or lost these packages that is not my problem.
I was considered a VIP customer of Sky as I was with them for about six years. This is a very funny way to treat former VIP customers.
Why is it that Sky Returns only sends out " Non - Reply " Emails, so that I don't have an opportunity to reply to whoever sent the Email. Also, why is it so difficult to obtain a telephone number for Sky Returns. I feel like a mushroom, where I am kept in the darl and fed you know what.

Please be advised that I am 83 years old and I did not see a " Chat Bubble ". Maybe that is my mistake but why is it so difficult to speak directly to a person who knows how to sort out this problem. It is all very well sending " Chat " messages back and forth but the problem is still not solved. Sky TV / Broadband have my full contact details including my land line telephone number and my mobile number. So why can't somebody just call me to get this matter sorted out. They seem quite capable of sending me harassing emails.

Yes I have proof of posting as I have stated numerous times.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe Community log in name is not linked to your actual Sky account so Sky won't know who you are and can't/won't call you. If you don't want to take part in the chat the alternative is you calling Sky.
