Greetings all
I too received an email from Sky about a credit balance but when I tried to call the number quoted I got a message about being sent a cheque to the account address. Thats why I cancelled in the first instance - I have moved house nearly 12 months ago so that isn't an option. Can someone please contact me to arrange alternative arrangements.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf when you cancelled you also cancelled the direct debit then the only way Sky can refund this to you is via a cheque.

@caesarome - Thats fine but I don't want it sending to my old address!! lol
If someone could contact me to arrange it sending to my current address that would be appreciated.
