I have switched from bt internet to sky... I had to pay a £200 early end of contract to bt to which Sky have said they have credited to my sky account.. can anyone tell me how this is credited as I have has the last 2 months payments from sky taken out of my bank.. thanks

When it's credited your bills will reduce (potentially to £0) until used.

You may need to call Sky to confirm again... they will credit a maximum of £100.
