Received this email, looks legit but I'm dubious. Can anyone confirm if the tel number / email is legit?

Thanks, I did contact the number 3 x with my old, current and mobile account numbers as the email didn't specify.

I can't ring the number, I don't have a landlines and the mobile rate would end up costing more than the refund based on previous experience with contacting sky by phone. Any chance an admin can help me here? Or give me an email that works?

Only the sky employee above, when I called it was an automated system just asking for sky account number. However, I have been informed that the credit has been processed 👍🏼

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hello, I have also received an email to state I am owed a refund; my sky account was closed in May 22.
