I need help with payment

Hi I have the app on my phone but saying I owe outstanding bill but when. Click on it says recieved can u tell me if I owe on my bill or if I'm up today with payments

This isn't online chat to Sky. We are customers here. If you normally pay by direct debit or continuous card payments then let the billing process take its course and don't be tempted to pay again unless Sky ask you to.

Ignoring that message does the app show that your latest bill has been paid ?

I dont understand my bill. My previous bill was £80 and new contract is £99.50. Where does the figure of £250 or thereabout come from

Look at the itemised bill and compare it with last month to see where the differences are.
