I switched from Sky HD to Stream back in mid-June (no regrets on that front!) and £30.32 was credited to my Sky HD account ("credit for cancellation"). It says on MySky that this will be deducted from a future bill, but (obviously) there won't be any more Sky HD bills issued on my account, and the system doesn't seem able to join the dots and deduct it from my Stream bill instead. So I'm still waiting for this credit to be refunded, over nine weeks and two billing cycles later. My payment method remains unchanged. Looking at other recent posts on this forum, Sky seems to be in the habit now of just sitting on people's refunds and not paying them. Please could I be escalated to expedite the refund?
