Hi,
I am having the same issue. My equipment was returned with the provided postal packaging over 6 months ago. I no longer have the proof of postage.
I have now been contacted by a debt collector wanting to charge me for the equipment!
I am trying to get hold of SKY, they must have the barcode and tracking number attached to my account. However, it is impossible to reach anyone SKY.
This is an impossible company to contact!!
