Direct Debit shows as cancelled
My dd shows as cancelled on my bank list however i havent done this? my payment qas 5th May then says cancelled on 6th May? I WFH so need to make sure there is no gaps in service

Have you tried setting it up again via your Sky account ?

it doesnt show anything is wrong on my sky account this is whags comfusing me?

Does your Sky bill show that the bill was paid on the 5th May ?

yes it does and then cancelled on 6th

My direct debit shows as cancelled? I got a text from sky saying that I need to make a payment. But I didn't cancel my direct debit. I had to reset my direct debit again! I can see that I'm not the only person who has had this issue on this sky community account. With all the online fraud and scams, I had to make sure that my direct debit was cancelled on my bank account before I reset it on my sky account. I'm baffled and a bit concerned.

In this topic nobody had made any posts prior to you today since last may so it doesn't seem a frequent issue.
You can setup 2FA on your account if you want and should you do so make sure you make a note of the recovery code as using it will allow you to turn it on should you need to do so to update your mobile number.

If you are not a sky employee then why are you even commenting on what I should do? For your information, I have clicked on the like button on another post that has also had their DD cancelled.
