Cancelled credit agreement
Sky have emailed to say that they have cancelled the credit agreement for my new phone, as requested. I didn't request cancellation. How can this be resolved.

Have you only just signed the credit agreement, if so and you haven't received the device or glass tv you would need to phone them to confirm this as despite the wording it might be that you failed the second deeper credit check that would have taken place on you but you do speak to Sky to confirm this with them.
