Direct Debit shows as cancelled

My dd shows as cancelled on my bank list however i havent done this? my payment qas 5th May then says cancelled on 6th May? I WFH so need to make sure there is no gaps in service

Have you tried setting it up again via your Sky account ?

it doesnt show anything is wrong on my sky account this is whags comfusing me?

Does your Sky bill show that the bill was paid on the 5th May ?

yes it does and then cancelled on 6th

@Nicola16081988  If you haven't already I would speak to the bank and see if they can shed any light on the situation
