My dd shows as cancelled on my bank list however i havent done this? my payment qas 5th May then says cancelled on 6th May? I WFH so need to make sure there is no gaps in service

Does your Sky bill show that the bill was paid on the 5th May ?
yes it does and then cancelled on 6th
