I posted asking for help on this thread (post number 68) on the 6th Sept and it seems to have been missed and not been picked up. Do I need to repost in this thread again or start a new thread of my own to get help getting my credit refunded?
Thanks

I too have been charged an additional month subscription, beyond my contract termination date. I was actually owed a few pounds and was expecting a refund rather than another bill. In my Sky account "Future Bills" I note I now have a larger credit which will be used against "future bills". There won't be any future bills as I've cancelled my contract properly in accordance with the Sky terms. I would therefore appreciate advice on how a refund can be made without unreasonable delay.

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. This will take longer if the payment method has been cancelled as Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you.
If you wish we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do.

Thank you for the speedy reply. Since posting my enquiry I have rang Sky customer services (who were, as ever, very helpful) and they have now authorised a refund which I will recieve in 3-5 working days. Hopefully this goes through, if not I'll use your suggestion.
