Billing
Good morning.
I was wondering if anyone else is wondering why as a so called SKY VIP for 5 years the need to increase my monthly subscribtion by £15.50 per month seems fair???
As if I was a new customer I could get Sky for £19 per month.
As mentioned this is an increase of £15.50 a month with no added benifits. Dont even get Netflixs with this.
Seriously SKY you must be loosing so many so called VIP's in your opionion.
Look after you loyal customers
Paul

Re: Billing
@Mr+Barrett Sounds like your discounts have ended, the prices you see online or for New Customers, all providers do this, Sky are no different.
It is up to you to contact Sky to discuss any new deals.

Re: Billing
The VIP status on your account plays no part whatever when it comes to how much you pay because everybody has VIP on their account.
An increase like this is probably because you had a discount which has either ended or is ending so when you agreed to pay this price you would have been told how long it was for so now is the time to call Sky to see if you can get a new deal out of them and if you do then you will have to agree to a new contract so make a note of when it is ending so you can beware of future increases.
