Message says I have an outstanding bill
I was looking at upgrading my broadband but get this message “Before you continue with your order, it looks like you've got a bill outstanding”. When I check what‘s owed it says £0.00. Why does it do this? I pay by direct debit.

It must be an error so if you want to upgrade give Sky a call on 150 from your lanline phone or a Sky mobile.
