For some reason my bill is one price one month and another price the following month and you can never ring up and speak to sky about this and to resolve this as they won't speak unless you pay your bills shambles

I take it from that you've missed a payment and services are restricted?

Yh lady months bill as they charge me £108 one month then £216 the next month is even when I pay my bill off that's why I called the bank and recalled it back as they keep taking too much off us

Failing automatic payments (or 'recalling' them) will lead to restrictions etc.
Not what you want to hear but you will almost certainly have to pay any outstanding amount before you can discuss a resolution.
If your services are restricted then that's likely to be the only way forwards. (Other than somehow calling from a number they do not recognise)
