Billed for phone calls and I have no handset

I'm being billed for itemised calls but I have never made a call from

SkyTalk nor even have a landline phone set to even make a call. 
Raised with Sky and they said "it happens sometimes" but after not refunding the call in previous bill, I'm now being billed for £30 worth of calls this month.

they don't seem to care

Apparently this was caused by crossed fibre wires in the OpenReach box which have now been replaced.

What type of number? Do you have a care alarm or house alarm that may be responsible via the phone line.

It's a variety. One to a mobile and three others to 0330 or 0300 numbers.

the calls don't tally up to any other issues or calls to Sky
