I upgraded my phone before my previous bill and once Sky received my old phone, they said £15.50 difference would be added as a credit adjustment that I was owed but my next bill doesn't mention it anywhere.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be that it can take a few weeks to get added to your account via your next bill or even the one after that so if it has been longer than that then all you can do is to take it up with Sky by calling them.
