connection to racing uk

I cannot connect to racing uk, although I have paid a subscription for it. It tells me to wait a few minutes if using it for the forst time, but I have waited nearly an hour and missed 3 races.

did you pay sky directly or did you pay racing tv directly?

if racing tv directly, you should probably contact them.

what sports package includes racing uk?

[also bare in mind, this is a customer to customer forum so are not talking directly to sky]

From what I understand, Racing UK is an additional premium channel in which you pay extra for.

Unlike Sky Sports Racing. It is not included as a standard channel in any basic sky package.

As @nolte indicates, 'Racing TV' is not the same thing as the Racing Channel within Sky Sports: it's an independent business owned by the Racecourse Media Group running its own subscription services (with, not surprisingly, a significant percentage of UK racecourse broadcasting rights)
