Is anyone else having issues getting access to the Cloud. In most places when I select it a T&Cs page comes up for me to accept and I get onto wifi no problem. In Coffee 1 the T&Cs page doesn't appear so my phone shows as connected but I get no wifi. Coffee 1 say it's a sky issue but I am getting no where with Sky. Is there a way to accept the T&Cs without the pop up page appearing. I don't think it's my phone, a pixel 7 pro, as no other pop ups are blocked.

Almost no-one at Sky knows anything about The Cloud: it's a rather odd (and vestigial) operation run by a separate company from a different location and isn't covered by Sky television, broadband or mobile support.
