Charged for disney subscription when should be included

I have been charged for setting up Disney plus through my Sky Stream shop but it should be included in my Stream package now. How do I stop the charge

Accessing Disney +, HBO, Hayu ?

Got an email stating Disney +, HBO, Hayu are being added to my Sky Signature account (assuming for 'free' (never free with Sky).

How do I access the additional content through my Sky Q box ?

I am now reading this offer - differently

It appears that Q customers with Signature may also need Sky Cinema in order to receive free Disney + ?

If that's the case - then it's goodbye sky after 23 years

@Wibbly-Woo  you don't need cinema to get access to the app just the relevant basic package

but you do need cinema to get the Disney linear channel (the app is also included in the cinema subscription)

That's referring to Sky Essential TV package on Sky Stream

That will require Sky Cinema to get Disney+ Standard with Ads included

Re: Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Hayu into one single subscription, exclusively on Sky

Sorry if I'm sounding dense, but it's March now and I don't see the Disney+ channel on my TV guide. I've got the app (the same as all the other apps on my TV) but I can't use that as it wants me to buy a subscription. So how will I access the Disney+ channel? I'm assuming I'll get it as I had an email to that effect. Thanks
