Stupid system
Why won't Disney work on both of my sky devices yet it's on my account.

I have done that it says its part of my package for free but when im tring to sugn in it wants me to put credit card in and pay

Do you have/did you have a subscription with Disney+ above the Basic with ads tier (e.g. standard no ads or premium) ?
If so the process transfers you at that level and request the upgrade fee (£4 for Standard & £9 for premium) - you can reduce tier once transferred (although it won't come into effect until the next month)
Also, I am not sure, but it might also ask for payment info even if not charging at this point in case you want to upgrade later
