Okay so you have recognised an issue..

There is no time resolution!

What can we expect for episode 7?

Is there any compensation for lack of service?

I have the same issue in episode 5 and 6, nothing I try brings the picture back, ended up

watching on my phone on sky go. Crazy issue

Yes that's the only way I was able to watch them aswell bizarre it works on sky go but you can't download on the sky puk anyway I'm having a whole of other's issues

One positive

The HD version of Series 12 episode 7 (released overnight) is playing fine.

 

But, the Series 12 episodes 5/6 are still not fixed.

 

Sky are aware of these issues and still trying to fix.

We as Superusers are still letting them know of the ongoing issue within our Community Superusers closed area.

Chicago PD Episode 5 & 6

Random one, 15 or so minutes into these two episodes I get a blank screen but can hear them talking. This doesn't happen on any other shows/episodes just these two - I've done all the turning off and on , restarting the programme etc but it's only on these two episodes so far - any ideas? Virtual assistant was useless!!

Just checked our feed on Sky Stream and it appears to be fixed 🤞

I've just checked and it looks like I can watch episode 5 on my TV on Sky Stream.

After the ad break the picture came back on as normal. So hopefully it's working for everyone else too 🤞🏻


I haven't tried episode 6 yet but have just watched episode 7 - it worked fine however it came up as an hour and a half running time and I couldn't do ad skipping, it would only let me fast forward.

 

I mean as long as I can watch it then all ok but I've never seen that before?! So I was a bit confused - it was like it had recorded 'live' and then kept recording - when I had Sky Q I'd occasionally get something that recorded and continued to record longer than the episode so it was a bit strange seeing that on Stream.

 

Anyway, don't know if that's normal or not, I'm still getting used to Stream, either way to be able to watch it in my TV again, finally, is great, so let's hope it's all resolved now!

I'm having same issue with episode 4 & 5 don't want to even try 6 until I've seen 5 at least. Very frustrating

Which Sky platform are you using as the issue was fixed weeks ago?
