Been trying to watch Chicago PD season 13 episodes 5 & 6 but after the first ad break the picture goes black and you can only hear the sound. Please can someone at Sky sort this out for those on SkyStream as if you google it loads if people are experiencing this issue

Just tried watching episode 6 and the same issue ocurred again so it has NOT been fixed

Not many programs on sky that are worth watching now all moved to other streams now we can't even watch the only good ones left what are we paying for

I have all one Chicago on my playlist and for the second week running Chicago PD goes black screen and voice only? Doesn’t happen on fire or Med? Is the same on my puck as my glass

s same for me for episodes 5 & 6. managed to watch ep.5 live with no issue but in playlist both episides went blank after first advert, though the subsequent adverts were clear!!

I was told by the technical team that because the bowler relations team who investigate and fix these issues can't recreate the problem they don't know how to fix it 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Me too I have rebooted sky glass & router but no joy

very strange it's only these 2 episodes (5&6)

all other Chicago pd / fire/ med all fine
