I am on Sky Glass and Chicago Pd goes black after the first ad. Is there a work around to resolve this please.
The workaround is to watch it in UHD or on Sky Go

I have all one Chicago on my playlist and for the second week running Chicago PD goes black screen and voice only? Doesn’t happen on fire or Med? Is the same on my puck as my glass
It's a known issue workaround is to watch in uhd or on Sky go

In the meantime, you can watch the episode on Sky Go or and only if you have the uhd pack on Sky Stream/Glass, the uhd version plays out fine, it seems only the hd version is causing the issue.

No I don't have sky go....no I don't have uhd. Sort the problem out Sky and stop leaving it to non sky employees to offer platitudes and useless workarounds.
