Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere have been a few reports re this. In case you’re not aware you aren’t addressing Sky here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so there’ll be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of you posting on the here.
Which platform is this on; Q, + or Glass?

I wasn't aware sky wouldn't see this post, I clicked on a link via their main website so figured they may have sky representative overseeing, but appears there is no way to just reach out to sky over this kind of situation, on sky Q and I am assuming it is just a bug but no idea where I can just send feedback/bug report, thanks anyway, will leave this post up in case any one else has same issue and has a deeper insight into why sky is now bundling TV programs with sky movies premiere

I also had an episode of Magnum P.I. before the film. Guess it's just a glitch.
I'm quite glad it happened as I quite enjoyed Magnum. I can't say the same for Black Site, which was, on the whole, pretty dismal.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi all,
Can anyone who is having issues with the film Black Site playing an episode of Magnum PI please delete the download, then permenantely delete it. After this please try to re-download it and let us know if Magnum PI still plays or if its the film.
Thank you.

I've not downloaded Black Site before today, but there is no episode of Magnum P.I. showing with the UHD version.
