hello,i am a new sky superfast broadband customer & today is my activation date. Broad band is fine. I can receive calls from a landline, but i cant make calls from a landline & get the engaged tone.
any help would be great. been messing about with this since 8 am.

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

As already stated if your activation date is today… It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation.
