yet another post about the loss of landline after the upgrade

Got the upgrade to sky fiber and everythiong initially worked fine, but only recently noticed the landline isnt working. Getting a tone when picking up the phone but no calls in or out. 
Yes the voice light is on,
Yes its been rebooted,
Yes the phone is plugged into the uk slot,
Yes the broadband etc is working.

Still no landline useage

About a month ago.. maybe more maybe slightly less but at least 3 weeks for absolutely certain

@Grantishackedof  try turning both your Hub and ONT off at the plug for a few minutes, to see if that prompts the phone service to wake up. Otherwise I'm afraid it's a matter of calling Sky to report it.
