Talk Shield Problem

I cant beleive the issue with Sky Talk Shield still ahsnt been fixed yet, this is quite disspaointing as many people use it.

I can't beleive we are back to radio silence.  Still no change still in the Talkshield page error and just to add when you try the landline 1780 to check if its activated or not there are NO prompts only recorded message directing you to back to the website....... BRILLIANT  !! . And this is a system designed to prevent people from scammers and nuisance calls.

Hi, we hae identified a root cause and a fix. We had some issues with it in testing last week and we're hoping to get it re-tested and deployed in the next week. Thanks
