Phone line not working

My landline is now working. I cannot receive calls or make them

Update - Spoken to Gkettlewell58, after a few checks, our service checker found an outside fault which we have booked Openreach for. 

Expected resolution is 2 working days, upto 5 working days in some cases. 🙂

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

Hi there Gkettlewell58, it is normally 5 working days for openreach external faults which would have been yesterday, So I will escalate your post to our Community Messaging team who will invite you to a private chat shortly and help you with this.
